Windows 11 Home
Version 21H2
Build 22000.469

Video Capture device Blinks or Flickers.
(Recordings and Livestream)
Followed trouble shooting page
The OBS Gpu is set to high.
I turned Game mode off.
Messed with setting a thousand times, but then put them back on default.
Nothing worked.
I looked at the log but nothing stoodout.
The log will show that I Changed The VCD resolution to 1280×720 but I just restored it to default because that didn't work either.

The capture device is internal. It requires no usb hub. It came with computer. Thanks for your help though.

This did not help my problem! I am still searching for a fix. This issue is not multiple devices on a USB port. I went into the system and looked up the USB ports and they are all functional. The drivers are up to date. This computer has all its updates. Still haven't found a fix for the camera blinking in and out.

Trying to use a single video capture device in multiple scenes, you should NOT be using multiple different-named video capture device sources.

Here's my updated log which shows I have one, scene and one camera. But I am still having the same problem. If you could help please.
