Virtual camera windows 11 arm 64 Snapdragon Qualcomm

Hello,
I cannot get the virtual camera to work my machine with the above specs.
I've tried admin running of virtualcam-install.bat
Checking for 32-bit Virtual Cam registration...
32-bit Virtual Cam not found, installing...
Installing 32-bit Virtual Cam...
32-bit Virtual Cam successfully installed

Checking for 64-bit Virtual Cam registration...
64-bit Virtual Cam not found, installing...
Installing 64-bit Virtual Cam...
64-bit Virtual Cam successfully installed

Virtual Cam installed!

I then run obs 64 and start the virtual camera. I make sure to not have teams already open and run this. However when selecting the virtual camera I see nothing.

Anyone got it working op windows Arm 64 with a Snapdragon and Qualcomm Spectra?

same to me.
OBS doesn't seem to work with an ARM (Snapdragon).
This issue also appears in other areas, such as with pen tablets.

Camo seems to have a virtual camera working on Arm, not as advanced as obs but its something.
