Trying to install OBS but => Failed to open user.ini: -1

Hello,
I've deleted all the OBS files on my Mac (MacOs 15.5 - apple Sequoia). Now I'm trying to reinstall it but I get two error messages:
- "Failed to open user.ini: -1"
- "Failed to initialize global config"
Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
I don't know what to do, and I can't find any solutions on the Internet
