Hello everyone
I have a problem with OBS Studio, it is stuck at 0kbp/s when i try to stream, or it goes around 66 kbs/s during a milisecond but nothings more, it is impossible to stream and 99% of the images are lost, and nothing appears on the streaming pages.
I've seen a lot of people having the same problem but none of their solutions helped me.
I've also noticed that the application "Discord" on my PC has the same upload problems.
It started when i changed my internet box but there is no reason for this bug because I have a very very great connexion and I have another PC on the same connexion with the same ethernet cables that works very well. And on my PC all the speedtests and everything are very fine, no problems and all the applications excepted OBS Studio and Discord doesn't work for no reason, they work on the other PC.
Here are the logs ( for the test I put the basic OBS Studio Configuration if i didn't make a mistake) :

Here's everything i tried to solve it :
-I updated all my drivers of my PC
-I reset my stream key
-I don't see where i can allow OBS in the Windows Firewall, but it worked before with the same installations and I never had problems.
-My OBS is on the last version
-I tried to stream on Youtube, Mixer, Twitch, the problem is always here
-I've Reinstalled OBS Studio many time
-I've tried different streaming settings, and very low quality settings, but I have the same problem
-I've also tried the deleting profiles thing..
I've noticed that when i tried to run OBS Studio as an administrator nothing happends I don't know why
To me it's a mystery I don't know why I have this problem. I thank you so, so much if you can help me, this would save my life, i've spend months looking for a solution, and I really want to make streams... Thanks a lot!
