... somehow. Had tried with Codec packs and ultimately installed latest Windows 10 cumulative updates.

Using an Avermedia LGX (Ver. 1 with Component Input)

But it doesn't seem to be a problem with OBS Studio per se, since RecCentral has the exact same glitch. For some reason i think it's the Dshow_Input FFMPEG Filter that might be corrupted, but haven't figured out on how to fix these.The output on the monitor isn't showing that glitch, when switching to HDMI input.

Any help is appreciated

Just wanted to add that i also tried capturing with a Nintendo Switch, with different cables and with the same outcome. So the issue can be narrowed down either to the LGX itself or to the aforementioned Input filters used to grab the Video data.
