Problem with Browser source not working on new MAC

I have an old Windows PC that works fine using a Browser source URL for PTZoptics camera Presets. I am installing a new MAC Mini/M4. I have the current OBS version 31.0.3 installed. I have added the camera as an NDI Source and I can see the camera image. My problem is the Browser source URL for PTZoptics camera presets will not function properly. I have unchecked the Enable Browser Source Hardware Acceleration option. I have also enabled all of the MAC Privacy and Security options that I am aware of. A PTZoptics tech has verified my setup via remote desktop. He is stumped also and will reach out to me if he finds a solution. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

A little more information. The windows 10 PC and the new MAC mini/M4 are literally right beside each other. The windows PC works fine. The PTZOptics tech verified that my Browser Source URL's are correct. They are the same as on the Windows PC. We also verified that the authentication option on the camera itself is not turned on. Thanks again.

Todays update. I started with a brand new Mac mini M4. The PTZ Optics tech and I installed OBS 31.0.3, NDI Tools 6.2 and DistroAV 6.1.1. The end result is the same as before. A Browser Source with a URL for a PTZ Optics camera preset does not work. Regardless of which preset we access, the camera positioning does not change. The URL will work in Firefox and the PTZ Camera Control App. The tech and I agree that it is related to OBS and MAC Mini M4.
