OBS Video Capture Device only shows FaceTime HD camera and not USB

Has anyone experienced only getting the FaceTime Camera on the Video Capture Device and knows how to fix it?
I've searched through forums and YT trying to figure out why the USB option doesn't show even when I have given OBS access to everything on my Mac
Trying to get VHS recordings over on digital.
