IRL server scene change plugin

IRL streaming with home-built servers had to rely on external programs like loopy750 or NOALBS to control OBS scene changes base on IRL camera's bitrate connections. I wonder if anyone ever thought to make an obs plugin version of this instead.

I want this too. Did you fins any other solution, script in Obs or something? I have Advanced Scene Switcher set to if my IRL camera has zero DB volume in 5sec it will switch to "wait-scene". When sound is back I go back to the irl-scene.
