audio issues in Mac when im using obs

when i connect my headset to obs audio become bad Quality and cant hear properly, but YouTube,music everything working perfect . i searched everywhere didnot find the solution, please anyone help me to dix this issue

You need to change the Sound -> default input Input source to as below in Syetem Settings.

Check your settings in Audio Midi settings and make sure they are set to 48kHz for the devices.
