Question / Help An encoder error occured while streaming?

Hello,
I have been having this issue constantly and I don't know how to fix it. I have all my drivers up to date and everything in my PC should easily be able to handle streaming at the quality I use, but randomly during my streams they just stop and I get an error message with both of the NVENC encoders (old and new both).

If anyone can help me understand why this is happening I would appreciate it.

Turn off Nvidia Highlights in COD:MW, or turn off Game DVR from windows settings. Or both.

I have had both of these settings off for a long time and these issues still occur.

i realized after i replied that game dvr was on, but even after turning it off i was still getting the encoder error

i realized it was on after i replied, after turning it off i still was getting the error on the next few stream attempts.
