    Please, not showing videos in obs, why?

    I use Roland vr400 uhd and connect to pc using usb c to c cable I want 4k live streaming but not showing videos, strange things, connect first time, showing videos but reboot pc or reboot obs then not showing in obs and window device manager still regconized videos switcher how can fixed?
